Communication, Social media & Event trainee (50%) - Fixed-term position for 1 year starting 1st of March 2020

Responsibilities:

  • Support the organisation, coordination and execution of workshops, seminars and public events
  • Create, research and promote content on our communication channels (web, print, social media)
  • Help keep the website up to date
  • Support the daily management of the Secretariat

Requirements:

  • BA, MA or other relevant training in communication, marketing or similar
  • Experience in event management and/or web management is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Joomla (CMS) is a plus
  • Mother tongue French or German and a strong command of the English language
  • Efficient, open minded and organized personality with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Interest for sustainability
