Der Verein Swiss Diversity ist eine Plattform mit der Vision, Diversität und Inklusion in der Schweiz nachhaltig zu fördern. Im Fokus stehen Chancengleichheit und die Anerkennung gesellschaftlicher Vielfalt – unabhängig von Herkunft, Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung, Alter, Religion oder körperlicher und psychischer Verfassung. Dazu betreiben wir folgende Formate: Award Night in Bern, Impact Business Forum in Zürich, Think Tank und Leaders Club (schweizweit). Zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und
zur Stärkung unserer Wirkung suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Vorstand, verantwortlich für den Bereich Fundraising.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzen der strategischen Ausrichtung des Fundraisings
- Weiterführen der bestehenden Partnerschaften von Swiss Diversity
- Repräsentation der Organisation gegenüber Partnern aus Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft, Wissenschaft und Politik
- Förderung von Kooperationen, Netzwerken und Stakeholder-Partnerschaften
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vorstand, der Geschäftsstelle und relevanten Gremien
- Dadurch: Mitarbeit bei der weiteren Positionierung als führende Plattformfür Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in der Schweiz
Ihr Profil
- Leidenschaft für Diversität, Chancengleichheit und gesellschaftlichen Fortschritt
- Netzwerk in der Schweiz, idealerweise im Bereich DEI
- Erfahrung in Gremienarbeit und Vorstandstätigkeit
- Mehrsprachigkeit: Deutsch und Englisch, weitere (Landes-) Sprachen von Vorteil

Swiss Diversity is a platform promoting diversity and inclusion in Switzerland. With its formats Award Night in Bern, Impact Business Forum in Zurich, Think Tank and Leaders Club across Switzerland, Swiss Diversity is looking for a committed individual to join the Board and take responsibility for fundraising.
Your responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategic direction of fundraising
- Continue existing partnerships of Swiss Diversity
- Represent the organisation towards partners from business, society, academia and politics
- Promote cooperation, networks and stakeholder partnerships
- Work closely with the Board, the office and relevant committees
- Contribute to positioning Swiss Diversity as a leading platform for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Switzerland
Your profile
- Passion for diversity, equal opportunities and social progress
- Network in Switzerland, ideally in the field of DEI
- Experience working with boards, committees or similar bodies
- Multilingual skills: German and English, other Swiss national languages are an advantage

Vos missions
- Définir et mettre en œuvre l’orientation stratégique du fundraising
- Poursuivre les partenariats existants de Swiss Diversity
- Représenter l’organisation auprès de partenaires issus de l’économie, de la société, de la science et de la politique
- Encourager les coopérations, les réseaux et les partenariats avec les parties prenantes
- Collaborer étroitement avec le comité, le secrétariat et les organes concernés
- Contribuer au positionnement de Swiss Diversity comme plateforme de référence pour la Diversité, l’Équité & et l’Inclusion en Suisse
Votre profil
- Passion pour la diversité, l’égalité des chances et le progrès social
- Réseau en Suisse, idéalement dans le domaine de la DEI
- Expérience dans le travail au sein de comités, conseils ou organes similaires
- Plurilinguisme : allemand et anglais, autres langues nationales un atout
